All refund requests must be submitted to the respective travel or recreation league Director - contact information and names are listed in the Board of Directors section.
Travel:
- Full, partial or prorated refunds will be given under certain conditions.
- The amount of refund granted will be at the discretions of the PWYSA board.
- A full refund will be granted to a player who does not make a travel.
- Once teams are determined, and practices have begun, no refunds will be made.
Submit any requests to the PWYSA Treasurer listed on the website.
Recreation:
- Refunds requested before evaluations/tryouts will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee.
- Refund after registration closes but before teams are formed is 50%.
- No refunds will be granted after teams have been formed.
- In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the PWYSA.
Requests must be made in writing to the appropriate director.
