Refund Policy

PWYSA Refund Policy for Summer Travel, Recreation and Fall Leagues

All refund requests must be submitted to the respective travel or recreation league Director  - contact information and names are listed in the Board of Directors section.

  • Refunds requested before evaluations/tryouts will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee and the tryout fee (if applicable) minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Refund after registration/tryouts but before teams are formed is 50%.
  • No refunds will be granted after teams have been formed.
  • In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the PWYSA.   Requests must be made in writing to the appropriate director.

PWYSA Refund Policy for Clinics

  • Refunds requested before the clinic start date will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee minus a $25 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be granted for a clinic after the clinic start date.
  • In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the PWYSA.  Requests must be made in writing to the Director Player Development.
